Fundraising at Work

Thank you for your support. By choosing to fundraise for the Devil Island Project you are helping us save the Tasmanian Devil.

How Can Your Business or Community Group Get Involved?

Companies and community groups are now allowing and participating in various fundraising initiatives. Now more than ever, companies are finding that by supporting their employees in cause activities, they can motivate and increase employee engagement.

Simply click on the ‘Fundraise Now’ button and in just minutes you can then start your organisation their own online fundraising page. You will have a unique link that you can send out to your staff, clients and suppliers to let them know about your fundraising event and ask for their support.

Some fundraising ideas:

  • Allow an official Dress Down Day. For the privilege of dressing down, employees donate a suggested amount towards your fundraising efforts.
  • Purchase a nice bottle of wine, a B&B stay, concert tickets, museum tickets or play tickets. Then, hold a silent auction for the items. The highest bid wins the prize and the proceeds go to the Devils.
  • Engage in a number of individual, team and group initiatives to help build awareness and support while raising money to make a positive difference.

Devil Island Project is hugely grafeful for you helping us save the Tasmanian devil.

Since 1996, 90% of Tasmanian Devils have been wiped out over large areas

and now face extinction
